ATTENTION!! Our Safelists now have a TURING KEY that is required to log in! This effectively BLOCKS SafeList submitters. Only Ezy-list Pro Version 2.0 is capable of bypassing the TURING key.

Missing MSCOMCTL_OCX or MSVBVM_DLL?

Some people will see this when trying to run ELP. Some Windows systems do not have these common files installed, but most people do. You can download the Installer for each of these or both here.

MSCOMCTL.OCX

MSVBVM.DLL

Simply unzip and run the installer.bat file. It will copy the file to the correct location and register them with your system.

How come some Safelists are Skipping when I Start mailing?

It means you need to set your Web Page Timeout to a higher setting. Some Safelists may have large amount of members and the more members they have, the longer it takes to mail. Some Safelists are just running slow mailing scripts or are on a slow mail server. Ezy-List Pro has no control over the speed or their setup.

Can I pick which AD goes to which Safelist?

YES! Version 2.0 now supports which Safelsts you want to mail AS WELL AS which AD you want to apply to EACH list!

Do I have to click the Send Mail button when I add a Safelist?

Yes, ELP will only do what you tell it to do! But, don't worry about wasting a mailing on the test/add phase because it makes sure the subject and message body are empty before sending.
